RoboForm 8.9

Password manager with automatic form-filling capabilities
Keeps your passwords safe and automatically fills in web forms such as signup requests, login information and more. It supports multiple identities and comes with its own password generator.

Memorizing a growing number of usernames and passwords and filling in multiple forms with the same personal, credit card, and shipping details is getting more and more tedious and complicated. RoboForm offers you a robust solution to store, manage, and organize your login information and other sensitive data safely, and fill in any online forms with it in an automated and secure way.

The program is structured in a peculiar way, though finding your way through the various options, features, and tabs is simply a question of practice. The first thing you need to do is open your new account and define a master password – your only key to enter RoboForm and all your sensitive data. This will be the only password you’ll need to remember from now on. Actually, now that RoboForm will memorize all your passwords for you, you’ll be able to use the program’s password generator to create impossible-to-crack passwords to substitute all those duplicates we tend to use.

RoboForm integrates seamlessly with Google Chrome, Microsoft IE & Edge, Firefox, and Opera, saving your bookmarks and the sites you visit most. It can fill in for you all kinds of forms in these browsers, and if you synchronize all the devices you commonly use to browse the Web, you’ll be able to use the information stored in RoboForm wherever you are. Thanks to the program’s AES256 bit encryption with PBKDF2 SHA256, you can even share your login information securely with anyone with an e-mail address.

Most of these features are available in the program’s free version, which includes unlimited logins and multi-platform support. Device syncing, cloud backup, emergency access (if you happen to forget your master password, for instance), or two-factor authentication are only available if you upgrade to the Everywhere version for a fee.
